Hello! I’m Adriana

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and holistic wellness practitioner with over eight years of experience in mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, low self-confidence, self-esteem struggles, ADHD, and other mental health concerns.

As your therapist, I’ll be there to compassionately help you uncover the root causes of your challenges, become more aware of your triggers and develop strategies to manage them, process deeply rooted emotions, break free from old stories keeping you stuck, restore balance to your nervous system, feel safer and more present in your daily life, and cultivate self-love, compassion, and self-acceptance.

I take a holistic, person centred approach, integrating traditional psychology methods—such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)—with energy medicine modalities like Pranic Healing, meditation, and Bach flower remedies to help facilitate your inner healing and transformation.

Energy Medicine + Psychotherapy

Pranic Healing operates on the belief that all imbalances start in the energy body before manifesting in the mind and physical body. By identifying and addressing these energetic disruptions, Pranic Healing targets the root causes of issues, restoring harmony and balance.

This approach is particularly effective for psychological ailments, which often stem from accumulated negative thoughts, emotions, and traumas lodged in the aura and chakras. Pranic Healing enables the safe and quick release of these energies, resulting in peaceful emotions, improved relationships, positive thinking, and enhanced self-esteem.

At the end of each session, you will receive personalized recommendations such as breathwork exercises, Bach flower remedies, crystals, or essential oil suggestions, meditations, and mindfulness practices. These resources are designed to deepen your healing journey and support your continued progress between sessions.

Individual Psychotherapy Session $130.00 per 50-minute session

Couples Psychotherapy Session $150.00 per 50-minute session

Energy Medicine + Psychotherapy Session: $160.00 per 90-minute session

Sliding Scale: I offer a few sliding scale spots to make therapy more accessible for those experiencing financial barriers.

Insurance: the cost of psychotherapy services are covered by most health benefit plans. At the end of each session, you will be provided with a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider. Please note that it is your responsibility to confirm if psychotherapy services are covered under your plan.

The frequency of our sessions is tailored to meet your unique needs, and this is something we will discuss during our initial consultation. To build consistency and promote therapeutic progress, we typically suggest starting with weekly or bi-weekly sessions. As we progress together, we can adjust the frequency of your sessions to make sure you are receiving the best support in your journey.

Each person’s path is unique, and we understand that the length of therapy may differ due to various factors, including the complexity of the client’s concerns and personal goals.

While we don’t accept insurance, we provide a receipt you can submit to your provider for potential reimbursement. It’s worth checking with your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan to see if they cover psychotherapy services.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full session fee.
